Upon arrival at Narita International Airport, get transferred to the hotel. You can explore Tokyo's famous attractions by visiting the Tsukiji Market, Ueno Park & Ueno Zoo and Ginza. Later in the evening, you can visit Roppongi & Shibuya Crossing. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Reach at the pick-up point, Tokyo Marunouchi station, for a Tokyo city tour. Visit attractions like the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, Sensoji Temple and many more. Later, get transferred back to Marunouchi station from where you head back on your own to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Head to Keio Plaza Hotel for Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour. Explore Mt. Fuji's 5th station and later, enjoy the cruising experience on Lake Ashi. Return to Shinjuku Station, West Exit, and make your way back to the hotel at your own pace. Enjoy an overnight stay in Tokyo.

Check-out from the hotel and head to Tokyo Station on your own. Take the bullet train from Tokyo to Hiroshima (tickets included). Check-in to your hotel in Hiroshima and explore the city at your own pace. You can start your day by visiting Hiroshima Castle, and have lunch at Cat Cafe Neko Cotton. Later, visit Sukkeien Garden in the evening, before returning back to your hotel. Have an overnight stay in Hiroshima.

Head to Hotel Granvia on your own which is the pick up point for the Hiroshima and Miyajima tour. Explore attractions like Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima, Peace Memorial Park and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. After the tour, get dropped off at JR Hiroshima Station from where you can take a local transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Check-out from the hotel and head to Hiroshima Station on your own. Take the bullet train to Osaka (tickets included). Transfer to the hotel on your own and check-in. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure and explore the city at your own pace. You can explore the bustling Dotonbori District. You can also visit the Sumiyoshi Taisha and a few other famous attractions like Hep Five Ferris Wheel. Later, head back to the hotel on your own for an overnight stay in Osaka.

Head to the Osaka station by local transfer and board your train to Kyoto. Get assisted in visiting famous attractions including Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji Temple and Kyoto Imperial Palace. Then, head to Nara and visit Todai-ji Temple, Nara Park, and Kasuga Taisha Shrine. After sightseeing, get transferred to the Nara station for a train back to Osaka. Once you arrive in Osaka, you can take a local transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Osaka.

Head to Hotel Hankyu Respire on your own, the pickup point for your Osaka walking tour. We will visit the Floating Garden Observatory, explore the Umeda district, and many other famous attractions. The tour ends at Higashi-Umeda Station, after which you can head back to the hotel on your own for an overnight stay in Osaka.

Enjoy a day at leisure and explore the city at your own pace. Indulge in delicious cuisines at Kuromon Ichiba Market, offering local delicacies. When and where does the tour end?
Your tour will conclude in San Francisco on Day 8 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
When and where does the tour start?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travelers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour, however you can book for an arrival transfer in advance. In this case a tour operator representative will be at the airport to greet you. To arrange this please contact our customer service team once you have a confirmed booking.
What is the age range?
This tour has an age range of 12-70 years old, this means children under the age of 12 will not be eligible to participate in this tour. However, if you are over 70 years please contact us as you may be eligible to join the tour if you fill out G Adventures self-assessment form.
